📋 Description

• Point B is a consulting firm trusted by leading organizations and specializes in business transformation and technology services. • The Sales Researcher plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by identifying and developing high-quality leads. • Responsible for researching potential leads, analyzing data, and creating targeted lists of prospective clients. • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled at gathering and interpreting data. • Lead Research & Identification. • Identify potential leads through various research methods. • Verify and update contact information, business details, and any relevant lead characteristics. • Build and maintain up-to-date prospect lists. • Conduct industry-specific research to understand trends and client needs. • Monitor competitor activities to identify new prospecting opportunities. • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine prospect lists and provide insights. • Assist in ad-hoc lead generation projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in lead research, data entry, or sales support roles. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data sources (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases). • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to quickly gather, evaluate, and interpret data. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large volumes of lead data. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other list management tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with teams.
