With offices in North America, South America, and Europe, Rocket Lawyer has helped over 30 million people create over 50 million legal documents, and get their legal questions answered. • About the Role • This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within the state listed in the job posting. • We are looking for a Growth Analytics Manager to join our team and build out the finance support function for Rocket Lawyer's Growth team, which is responsible for GTM strategies and execution. • You will be reporting to the VP of Finance and working closely with various C-Suite executives as needed to build out the function and fulfill the daily responsibilities of the role. Your support will help Rocket Lawyer advance key areas of customer growth by unlocking insights and assisting business stakeholders in making key decisions.
Requirements
• Experience with a PLG SaaS or ecommerce business with understanding of acquisition, activation, addons and retention drivers across the full customer journey—e.g., marketing mix modeling (MMM) across multiple products with self-service and sales-assist motions • Excellent analysis skills. Ability to comb through large and sometimes disparate data sources to isolate trends. • 5-8 years of relevant work experience. Degree in finance, economics, math or quantitative scientific field preferred • Ambitious outlook with a high-energy, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities • Responsive and poised communicator that upholds yourself to deadlines and commitments to stakeholders • Expert-level knowledge of Excel, e.g., proficient without mouse and INDEX-MATCH usage • Produce high-quality work with a comprehensive understanding to confidently address questions from stakeholders • Proactive self-starter that can work independently, prioritize multiple work streams and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
