• Midi Health is seeking a high-performing Growth Marketing Manager to drive expansion into new marketing channels. • Responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies that increase market presence and customer acquisition. • Critical role in shaping marketing initiatives ensuring data-driven growth approaches. • Identify, evaluate, and test new marketing channels and partnerships. • Analyze key performance metrics to optimize growth strategies and customer acquisition cost (CAC). • Implement incrementality testing to measure marketing initiatives' direct impact. • Design and execute testing strategies focusing on KPIs and user engagement metrics. • Develop scalable marketing campaigns based on successful tests. • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer support to enhance customer experience. • Keep a pulse on the market to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing or a similar role, ideally within the health and wellness sector or a start-up environment. • Strong background in testing methodologies, including incrementality testing and A/B testing. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on incrementality testing and a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Experience in identifying and testing unconventional marketing channels and strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms; experience with A/B testing and performance optimization is a plus. • Passion for women’s health and wellness, with a commitment to understanding the unique challenges and needs of our audience. • Experience in the women’s health sector is a plus, but not required.
