• About Rocket Lawyer: Access to affordable and simple legal services. • Role: Ambitious Junior Accountant managing Accounts Payable and supporting the general ledger. • Responsibilities include managing full cycle AP, responding to inquiries, supporting reconciliations, leading audits, and reporting spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years experience in full cycle AP and general accounting in a corporate setting • Proven understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping procedures • Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail • Desire and ability to work with a wide variety of people, at all levels, across all functions • Independent self-starter with a positive attitude • Strong customer service and vendor management skills • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
