Founded in 2008, Rocket Lawyer is the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world. • About the Role: This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within the state listed in the job posting. • The Salesforce Project Manager for Operations plays a vital role at Rocket Lawyer, developing and owning delivery of our salesforce roadmap. • The role involves enhancing our Salesforce implementation and optimizing workflows and processes across Ops teams.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of hands on experience with both Sales and Service Cloud • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements • Designing scalable, best practice solutions • Business process documentation • Excellent relationship-building skills • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels • Translating requirements into technical solutions • Experience in change management and governance • Training end users and key stakeholders • Technical documentation experience • Available and responsive to questions • Experience defining Salesforce configurations, including (but not limited to): workflows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
