Description

• Assist with the development and implementation of energy storage projects • Coordinate project management and procurement processes • Track client obligations and manage customer interfaces • Handle non-conformances and contract modifications • Communicate project status updates and manage documentation • Support procurement manager and subcontractor operations • Identify and manage critical paths to task completion • Promote excellent customer service and Canadian Solar products • Adhere to health and safety rules and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and visual) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) • Experience with scheduling in MS Project (P6 is an asset) • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to establish effective working relationships internally and externally • Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Professional appearance and conduct • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required • Valid Driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle • Some travel to project sites may be required
