Requirements

• Strong Salesforce knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of hands on experience with both Sales and Service Cloud\n• A proactive attitude to platform enhancements\n• Designing scalable, best practice solutions\n• Business process documentation\n• Excellent relationship-building skills\n• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels\n• Translating requirements into technical solutions\n• Experience in change management and governance\n• Training end users and key stakeholders\n• Technical documentation experience\n• Available and responsive to questions\n• Experience defining Salesforce configurations, including (but not limited to): workflows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
