📋 Description

• Luster is a cutting-edge AI Practice and Predictive Enablement™ platform that helps sales teams close skill gaps before they impact performance. • Looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a backend focus to join our growing team. • Help power the systems behind our AI-driven learning platform. • Work closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to build and maintain scalable APIs, services, and data pipelines that support real-time simulations, insights, and reporting. • Play a critical role in designing and delivering backend infrastructure that enables seamless user experiences and performance across the platform. • While the role leans heavily backend, familiarity and comfort with modern frontend frameworks is important for collaborating across the stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack engineer, building production systems and APIs. • Experience working in modern TypeScript environments (Node.js, Express/NestJS). • Strong familiarity with relational databases (Postgres preferred), ORMs, and query optimization. • Comfort working with modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) as needed. • Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs • Experience building and deploying services in cloud environments (AWS) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code tools • Data pipeline or analytics tooling experience is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to writing high-quality code. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. • A creative and experimental mindset with a proven history of using new technologies and techniques to enhance processes and improve quality.
