•Develop and implement business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. •Identify and execute on opportunities to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency. •Lead Key Projects from inception to completion, ensuring consistent handling and focus. •Ensure stakeholders are informed of project status, hold teams accountable, and surface any blockers. •Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for key business initiatives. •Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and inform decision-making. •Work with executive stakeholders to aid in resolving blockers, facilitate communication, and coach program managers.

Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a similar role. •Proven track record of developing and implementing cross-functional initiatives. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Experience with performance monitoring and data analysis tools.
