β€’ Managing day-to-day booking tasks and making sure the planned itineraries are executed successfully β€’ Arrange and manage arrival and departure transfers, checking up with the field team to make sure everything is done as planned β€’ Make purchase orders for the entire booking (except home items within home standards) β€’ Track deliveries, and coordinate puck-ups with the field team β€’ Responsible for the entire booking administration and CRM management β€’ Performing other tasks assigned by the Director of Operations Experience

Requirements

β€’ 1 year of experience with customer service, operations, or administration within the hospitality industry β€’ Experience with luxury hospitality, travel advisory, or concierge is preferred but not required β€’ Bachelor's degree is a minimum educational requirement β€’ Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills β€’ Strong experience with CRM, presentation, and data management tools such as Google Suite β€’ Basic financial and billing knowledge β€’ Multi-tasking capabilities and working effectively under deadlines β€’ Focuses and guides self and works together with team members in accomplishing work objectives β€’ Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions β€’ Actively appreciates the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively β€’ Sets high standards of performance for self-assuming responsibility and accountability
