Description
• As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a critical role in growing our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, including engineering, product, customer success, and sales. • You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or proven experience working toward a career in HR related field. • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in technology or real estate industries • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software • Experience with MS, Excel, Power Point a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and attract diverse talent • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Understanding of real estate or software technology markets is a plus
