📋 Description
• Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help emotionally healthy at work and home. • Seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support the Go-To-Market organization transitions. • Role can be from our Burlingame headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field • 5+ years experience in FP&A or finance business partner function. Experience supporting marketing or sales organizations strongly preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with enterprise software tools such as Pigment, Netsuite, Salesforce preferred
