📋 Description

• Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. • Work with industry leaders, such as Morgan Stanley, Uber, Amgen, and other Fortune 500 companies. • Provide effective, high-quality mental health care for employees and their families. • Seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. • Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies using various channels (email, push, SMS). • Drive consumer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. • Hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of marketing automation tools. • Remote role requires candidates to be physically located within the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years marketing experience, and at least 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, including campaign strategy/development, messaging, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization. • 2+ years of people management experience. • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a track record leveraging tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi touch campaigns. • Ability to balance short-term gains with long-term impact and experience manipulating and analyzing data in Google Analytics and Mixpanel to draw insights and learnings and craft recommendations. • Data-driven and analytical skills and ability to easily work with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to execute opportunities that streamline and scale your programs. • Creative self-starter that imagines and executes successful marketing programs through effective project management. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. • Previous experience working in a heavily regulated environment (telehealth, fintech) a plus.
