• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 3+ years experience in management, 8+ in Salesforce development and administration • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience in managing, leading and developing a technical team • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales and Service Clouds; proficiency developing with Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure • International implementation/migration experience and exposure to GDPR compliance a plus • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 certification encouraged, additional Salesforce certifications a plus
