• 3+ years in product management, growth, or a similar role at a fast-paced startup or consumer-facing company. • Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments or user research initiatives. • Strong user research and data analysis abilities; experience with analytics tools like Posthog, Mixpanel, or Heap. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative features and growth strategies. • Experience in AI and consumer products • Technical proficiency or familiarity with product design and development workflows. • A user-first approach to problem-solving, paired with a bias for action. • Comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in an early-stage environment. • Passion for building products that drive meaningful connection and engagement.
