• Collaborate closely with the team to bring Robyn’s vision to life through compelling brand design and intuitive user experiences. • Develop and execute Robyn’s brand design strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity. • Create intuitive and engaging UX/UI flows for all Robyn applications. • Work closely with developers to deliver dev-friendly designs that are easily and efficiently implemented. • Operate with speed and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment. • Translate Robyn’s vision into a visually viral and emotionally resonant brand experience. • Leverage a strong understanding of user needs and product dynamics to craft designs that drive engagement.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and engaging designs. • Demonstrated ability to move quickly, iterate effectively, and execute with precision. • Track record of creating a viral brand identity that resonates with users. • Experience working closely with development teams to deliver designs that are both creative and practical to implement. • Strong product sense, with an ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly experiences. • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
