Description

• M9 Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Dev Tech Lead to work remotely on a government contract. • Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop, and enhance software assets. • Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. • Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. • Lead and guide the team, applying business and functional knowledge to meet the requirements. • Work closely with stakeholders to review current implementations and report impacts of changing requirements. • Investigate current systems to determine innovative solutions for root-cause issues. • Present findings and innovative solutions to the team and key stakeholders. • Help outline a path to modify rules and triage issues. • Elicit input from multiple stakeholders and synthesize feedback. • Maintain an environment focused on continuous improvement in the development process. • Help coach and teach team members. • Work with developers to remediate defects and remove impediments. • Translate and simplify requirements to enable developer success. • Lead IT meetings and facilitate sessions. • Understand multiple integrations and data exchanged.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance. • Experience with the Salesforce platform (Flows, Click Configuration, Public Sector, Omni scripts, Omni studio, Batch Engine, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Apex). • Experience with Document Generation Package (S-Docs).
