β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team at The M&A Advisor. β’ As a Telesales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of services, including event tickets, awards nominations, online community memberships, and other offerings to M&A professionals and organizations. β’ Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within the M&A industry. β’ Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. β’ Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead progression and sales activities. β’ Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. β’ Present and articulate the value proposition of our events, awards, and online community. β’ Tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client and foster long-term relationships. β’ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone. β’ Highlight the benefits of participating in our events, awards programs, and online community. β’ Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively. β’ Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales conversions and achieve set targets. β’ Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. β’ Secure commitments from clients to participate in events, nominate for awards, and join the online community. β’ Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. β’ Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client commitments. β’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. β’ Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings.
β’ Proven track record of success in telesales or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. β’ Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset. β’ Familiarity with the M&A industry and a genuine interest in networking and business development. β’ Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. β’ Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or related roles is a plus. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication in English - English mastery of C2 required.
