• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential clients and partners in the Web3 ecosystem • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and partners • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies • Participate in industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and network with potential clients and partners • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on business development activities and progress towards revenue targets • Conduct research and analysis to support new business initiatives and partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the Web3 industry. • Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and the decentralized ecosystem. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and partners. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Intense intellectual curiosity about crypto and decentralized systems.
