Requirements

• Extensive experience solving business problems through ML models that drive tangible outcomes. • A track record of developing frameworks and tools that elevate team productivity. • Able to map out high-level plans without missing the crucial details. • Proven skills in measuring and optimizing the business impact of ML models. • Experienced in handling and transforming complex, unstructured data at scale. • You write production-quality code, build resilient pipelines, and have a history of deploying models despite practical hurdles. • A deep curiosity for healthcare; prior experience with health plan data is a huge plus. • Proactive and comfortable sharing insights cross-functionally, with a knack for distilling complex data for impactful storytelling.
