• Προϋπηρεσία 2+ ετών σε θέση σχετική με compliance, νομικά θέματα ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης συγκρούσεων και επίλυσης διαφορών • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση κρίσεων • Οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια • Γνώση βασικών νομικών πλαισίων που σχετίζονται με καταναλωτές και εργαζομένους • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών • Δυνατότητα εργασίας εξ αποστάσεως με υπευθυνότητα και αυτονομία
