Description
• You will ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems, provide technical support to our global team, and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure. • You will also play a crucial role in automating processes, managing user access, and supporting our SOC 2 compliance efforts.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in a remote and cloud-centric environment. • Strong familiarity with the following tools and platforms: Communication & Collaboration: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom. • Development & Project Management: JIRA, GitHub. • Operating Systems: Linux, macOS, windows • AI & Automation: ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude. • CRM & Sales: HubSpot. • Cloud Hosting: Linode, AWS, GCP. • Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance is a plus.
