Description

• This fully remote Senior Data and Reporting Analyst position is required to work from anywhere in California. • Collects data and provides analyses for a broad array of issues across disciplines and functional areas. • Assists in the identification of key business issues and design of analytic approaches. • Conducts research on identified key business issues and prepares preliminary interpretations of analyses. • Recommends suggested action steps based on the analytic results. • Assists in the development of project proposals, recommendations, implementation plans, and training materials.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of related analytical and/or consulting experience required. • Bachelor's degree required. • May consider an additional 3-4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree. • Requires strong expertise in MS Excel and relational databases. • Ability to use reporting software such as Actuate, Cognos, Crystal reports, SAS, or others. • Ability to query the company's data warehouse and/or department systems in response to data requests.
