Description

• Coach and facilitate IT teams • Support sprint goals and improve processes • Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners • Lead a scrum team • Ensure successful delivery of high-value initiatives • Conduct sprint and release planning • Advocate for transparency, inspection, and adaptation • Manage interdependencies for teams • Protect scrum team from outside interference during sprints • Track deliverables

Requirements

• 4+ years' related experience in IT engineering • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Agile software development as a scrum master • Servant leadership approach • Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of Agile principles and concepts • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills • Experience in risk and change management • Ability to work with teams not co-located • Experience working with multiple software development teams that diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to lead team in brainstorming and root cause analysis • Ability to coach on Scrum/Agile processes
