• Location: Toronto (Remote) • Employment Type: Full-time (Contractor) • Experience Level: Mid • Join a fast-growing startup where you’ll directly impact our expansion across North America! We seek a hungry, driven Sales Representative to join the MagicPace sales team as we expand our operations across Canada and the US. In this role, you will source, close, and manage new clients, understand their needs, and align our solutions to help them achieve their goals. • As a Sales Representative, you will close technical recruiting mandates with high-growth technology startups. You’ll work directly with our founders to craft new sales strategies and build outbound/outreach campaigns to drive new mandates. You will build relationships with founders and convert them into clients. You’ll also create inroads for referrals with other complimentary service providers. This is an entrepreneurial role. You will be expected to build your pipeline and work autonomously to meet/exceed your quota. Your sales efforts will be pivotal in shaping the success and direction of our growth in Canada and the US.
• 2+ years of experience in field sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience selling directly to clients. Experience in a B2B startup or within the technology sector is a plus. • Has demonstrated experience in cold outbound and building his/her own sequences. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • Proactive problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
