•5+ years of experience in a Software Product Management role with strong business, technology, and creative acumen; •A “think outside the box” Leader who embodies and demonstrates an ownership mindset; •A true sense of customer empathy – recognizing & caring genuinely about the motivations, challenges & frustrations of our customers & advocating for solutions to resolve them; •Demonstrate the ability to establish and deliver world-class user experiences in partnership with design teams; •Experience with understanding, balancing and delivering upon the needs of multiple user personas within a single software product; •Creating trust & strong relationships with various cross-functional teams from Engineering to Sales; •Excellent interpersonal and communications skills - comfortable with presenting to customers, executive level stakeholders & other internal audiences; •Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels •Stellar attention to details and organizational skills; •Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in a Technology Related Program, or equivalent relevant experience.
