Description

• We are seeking an experienced SaaS Billing Support Specialist with billing systems knowledge. • Manage and resolve billing queries and issues in a timely manner. • Work in a 24x5 and later 24x7x365 shift. • Offer comprehensive support to customers using Stripe for their transactions. • Handle billing related complaints in the forum.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS billing support. • Proficiency with Stripe and Zendesk is a must. • A strong numerical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. • Ability to handle difficult situations and feedback with grace and maturity. • Preference will be given to mature candidates with a robust background in the field. • This role is only for written support, in native-like English. • We're in search of seasoned professionals who can handle the challenges. • Please don't apply if you're not ready to work in shifts.
