📋 Description
• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive communication strategies designed to engage and inform our global team of over 2,000 employees. • Enhance employee engagement, driving awareness of product innovations, and ensuring that communication regarding the company’s SaaS platform is clear and impactful. • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for product launches and continuous product support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging. • Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, product documentation, presentations, and social media channels. • Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to elevate product visibility and coverage. • Analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and prepare detailed reports to assess impact and drive improvements. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt communication strategies accordingly. • Provide training and support to internal teams on product messaging and best practises in communication.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, internal communications, or product communications within a SaaS or software product environment • Experience in creating multi-channel communication strategies and executing content-driven campaigns • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-departmental collaboration • Proficiency in communication tools and technologies, experience in managing content across digital platforms, and familiarity with analytics tools to track performance • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of software products, SaaS platforms, or high-compliance industries (e.g., EHS, quality, audit, operational, and enterprise risk management) is a strong advantage
