📋 Description
• As the Product Communications Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive communication strategies designed to engage and inform our global team of over 2,000 employees. • You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, driving awareness of product innovations, and ensuring that communication regarding the company’s SaaS platform, designed for high-compliance industries, is clear and impactful.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, internal communications, or product communications within a SaaS or software product environment • Experience in creating multi-channel communication strategies and executing content-driven campaigns • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-departmental collaboration • Technical Skills: Proficiency in communication tools and technologies, experience in managing content across digital platforms, and familiarity with analytics tools to track performance. • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of software products, SaaS platforms, or high-compliance industries (e.g., EHS, quality, audit, operational, and enterprise risk management) is a strong advantage.
