📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for an Analytics Engineer with a strong technical background and expertise in customer experience insights. • The ideal candidate is passionate about data, skilled at handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent organizational and presentation abilities. • You should be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams. • As part of a global team, you will harness customer feedback and insights to drive business improvements. • You will design and maintain data pipelines and develop self-service dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics. • Additionally, you will help establish data governance policies, enforce data quality standards, and promote best practices in data visualization.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL • Experience building data pipelines and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes • Expertise in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage time-sensitive projects through completion • Experience working with operations functions, preferably in customer service, supply chain, or customer support operations • Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) methodologies • Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Salesforce) • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics • Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git • Experience in the high-volume consumer electronics industry
