🎯 Requirements

• Expert Career (5-10 Years); Preferred 3+ years of experience in consumer financial companies. • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action. • Experience with modern data stack (Databricks / DBT / Monte Carlo or equivalents) • Experience in owning growing and mature analytical environments • Proven ability to work cross functionally across business to identify data needs and deliver right sized outcomes
