📋 Description
• Work closely with client partners to understand analytical needs • Develop familiarity with the HelioCampus data platform • Conduct data analysis to identify trends • Serve as technical liaison between HelioCampus and clients • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools • Improve self-service solutions for business users • Help maintain accuracy of dashboards and data extracts • Triage data-related issues with data engineers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or Master’s degree • 3+ years of work experience or 2+ years with a Master’s degree • Three or more years of analytic functions experience • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud • Excellent communication skills • Strong ability to articulate questions and develop approaches • Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools • Knowledge of SQL, R/Python for reporting and analysis • Ability to manage multiple priorities
