📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Seeking a Business Analyst who is a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business issues and provide innovative solutions. • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business processes, technical systems, and enjoys collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to drive project success. • This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to lead a team of analysts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • As a Business Analyst, you will lead a team of analysts, guiding the effective analysis and transition of existing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions that align with key performance indicators and strategic goals. • Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and understood. • Conduct financial and cost-benefit analyses, lead the creation of documentation for developers, QA analysts, and other project teams, and mentor others in business analysis best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • > 5 years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibility. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce including configuration experience. • Salesforce Administrator Certification. • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. • Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML. • Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral). • Ability to Perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
