• Define and Communicate Product Goals: Establish and maintain clear product objectives aligned with business strategy and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders. • Own the Product Backlog: Develop, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog to ensure it reflects the needs of the business and users. • Provide Contextual Guidance: Leverage your domain expertise to provide the development team with contextual guidance, ensuring they understand what they are building and why. • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and transparency. • Navigate Uncertainty: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty, balancing competing priorities and making decisions with incomplete information. • Drive Transparency: Establish processes to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consultancy experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. • Expertise in B2B SaaS software, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products. • Educational background or work experience in supply chain or sustainability domains. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and prioritize competing demands. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly.
