Description
• Manage engineering projects optimizing processes for seamless integration with Services teams. • Maintain clear project tracking and reporting as a single source of truth. • Develop effective backlog management processes. • Enhance team productivity and project outcomes through idea evaluation and execution. • Identify and drive new projects aligned with company growth. • Lead change management processes and implement new methods for improvement. • Act as an agile coach to promote agile practices within the team.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, change management, and agile transformation. • Experience consulting for B2B SaaS scale-up companies is highly desirable. • Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of agile methodologies. • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach). • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its specific challenges and opportunities. • Prior experience working as a consultant in a high growth B2B SaaS environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
