• Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden innerhalb der EU-Geschäftszeiten zusammen und hilfst ihnen, Produkt- oder Serviceprobleme zu lösen, indem du ihre Anliegen klärst, Lösungen anbietest oder diese entsprechend eskalierst. • Effektive Kommunikation mit den Nutzern zur Identifikation des Problems • Fehlersuche und Reproduktion des Problems in unserer Testumgebung • Klare Erläuterung und Bereitstellung der besten Lösung zur Behebung des Problems • Bewertung und gegebenenfalls interne Eskalation von Problemen • Nachverfolgung, um sicherzustellen, dass das Problem zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden gelöst wurde • Teilnahme an internen Produktverbesserungen, Evaluierungen und Beta-Tests • Verwaltung von Community-Plattformen wie unserem Discord-Server
🎯 Requirements
• Technischer Hochschulabschluss oder einschlägige Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Rollen • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Erfahrung im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten ist von Vorteil • Erfahrung in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media sind wünschenswert • Klare Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich für Nicht-Techniker zu erklären • Erfahrung im kundenorientierten technischen Support (E-Mail, Chat, Telefon) • Verständnis von Betriebssystemen, Netzwerktechnologien/-protokollen und Client-/Server-Softwareanwendungen • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und remote zu arbeiten, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bewältigen und flexibel zwischen verschiedenen Rollen zu wechseln • Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
