Requirements
• Resourcefulness - get things done attitude • Investigative and curious nature • Experience in risk operations with finance/payments a plus • Ability to use multiple tools (technology) creatively during investigations to reach correct conclusions on fraud cases • Previous experience in a similar operational role • Basic knowledge of KYB, legal forms, and ownership structures will be preferred • Strong attention to detail, particularly in recognizing forged or suspicious documents, and identifying fraudulent transaction trends • Competence in checking document validity and extracting essential information from our systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Training related to documents and the internal system will be provided
