📋 Description

As a young organization, we are looking for a Risk Operations Associate who can weave trust into the fabric of our organization and its processes. • This role will involve fraud detection, risk underwriting, and ongoing monitoring, particularly in the payments acquiring space. If you're passionate about mitigating risk, analyzing fraud patterns, and refining underwriting processes, we’d love to hear from you.

🎯 Requirements

• Resourcefulness - get things done attitude • Investigative and curious nature • Experience in payments acquiring fraud prevention, risk underwriting, or merchant monitoring (preferred) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify fraudulent patterns and assess financial risk. • Hands-on experience with fraud detection tools and KYB/KYC processes within fintech, payments, or banking. • Familiarity with merchant acquiring, chargeback monitoring, and dispute resolution processes. • Experience in risk operations with finance/payments a plus • Ability to use multiple tools (technology) creatively during investigations to reach correct conclusions on fraud cases • Previous experience in a similar operational role • Basic knowledge of KYB, legal forms, and ownership structures will be preferred • Strong attention to detail, particularly in recognizing forged or suspicious documents, and identifying fraudulent transaction trends • Competence in checking document validity and extracting essential information from our systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Training related to documents and the internal system will be provided.
