• UX/UI-Design & Produktentwicklung • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Web- und Mobile-Oberflächen unserer KI-gestützten Lösungen • Entwicklung von Wireframes, Mockups und interaktiven Prototypen für digitale Servicekanäle • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement & Entwicklung zur Feature-Planung • Durchführung von User-Tests und Ableitung von Optimierungen • Conversational Design & KI-Prompt Engineering • Entwicklung und Optimierung von KI-gestützten Interaktionen für Telefon, Chatbots und andere Kundenservice-Kanäle • Erstellung und Testen von präzisen Prompts, um die KI-Interaktion zu verbessern • Analyse von Kundeninteraktionen und Optimierung der Antworten für eine bessere Nutzererfahrung • Definition von Persönlichkeit, Tonalität und User-Journey für KI-gestützte Kommunikation • Frontend-Entwicklung & Website-Optimierung • Umsetzung und Feinschliff von UI-Elementen in HTML, CSS und JavaScript • Arbeiten mit bestehenden Design-Systemen (z. B. 🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im UX/UI-Design mit Fokus auf digitale Produkte • Kenntnisse in Figma, Adobe XD oder Sketch für UI/UX-Design • Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Systemen, Chatbots oder Conversational Design • Grundlagen in HTML, CSS & JavaScript , um Designs produktionsnah umzusetzen • Erfahrung mit WordPress & Elementor , um Webinhalte eigenständig zu optimieren • Verständnis für agile Prozesse (Scrum/Kanban) und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit • Fließend Deutsch & Englisch Kenntnisse
