•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field. •Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred. •7–10+ years of experience in financial accounting, ideally within manufacturing, service industries, or corporate compliance. •Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. •Deep understanding of Australian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. •Experience in financial reporting, treasury, tax compliance, and payroll accounting. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level). •Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset. •Proactive, adaptable, and highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •Ability to optimize and develop financial processes for efficiency and accuracy. •Familiarity with Xero, ServiceNow, or similar financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
