•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting •Atleast 5-7 years of proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, preferably in an outsourced accounting environment. •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results. •Candidate with night shift experience is preferred •Proficiency in QuickBooks is required •Proficiency in MS Excel is required •Cost Accounting experience •Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills to manage, plan, organize and implement strategic plans •Effective problem solving and mediation skills •Proven experience and high standards of interpersonal and communication skills •Current knowledge of accounting and financial disciplines and management. •Demonstrated skills and experiences in core business practices to achieve business growth and sustainment. •Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills to manage, plan, organize and implement strategic plans. •Experience working with Board of Directors and external clients •Proven experience in a broad spectrum of staff and management issues.
