📋 Description

• Who We Are - MANSCAPED® is a leading men’s grooming brand… • Reporting to the Senior Director, PMO, seeking a Program Manager, Retail & Packaging… • Manage creative aspects of retail projects and packaging lifecycle… • Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives… • Support onboarding of new retail partners ensuring clear expectations… • Contribute to development of packaging solutions meeting various requirements… • Collaborate with department leads for creative solutions… • Assist in gathering packaging prerequisites and routing approvals… • Quickly learn the MANSCAPED business model and processes… • Other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years program management experience with retail deliverables. • 2+ years of experience in packaging and packaging development. • Strong communication skills across various settings. • Experience in packaging design, processing systems, and commercialization processes. • Understanding of business practices, industry trends, and policies. • In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and processes. • Self-starter with high initiative and independence. • Logical thinker and excellent problem solver. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects. • Previous experience in project management tools (i.e., Asana) a plus. • Ability to navigate multiple cross-functional projects efficiently. • International experience a plus.
