Description

• Be partnering cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to bring to life MANTL’s vision, values, and strategy • Help MANTL drive efficiency across the organization, become more data driven, and create continued strategic alignment across every area of the business • Work closely with management and leadership teams as well as with partners across the FinTech industry • Address critical business challenges with an analytical lens • Manage the company's budget, drive planning processes, and allocate and deploy resources efficiently • Conduct financial analyses in collaboration with all departments while owning financial planning systems and playing a crucial role in investor relations

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or strategic finance, business operations, or related field • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience, with experience in SaaS business models and metrics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis • GTM and sales enablement function capabilities; ability to assess revenue opportunity and investment costs for new products, markets, and verticals • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and dashboards that effectively communicate the key drivers of the business to management and senior leadership • Excellent presentation and writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level • Ongoing management of monthly KPI reporting across the organization with an eye towards driving cross-functional efficiency
