β’ Fully bilingual (French/English). β’ Previous industry sales experience. β’ University Degree or equivalent industry education. β’ Knowledge and expertise in personal and corporate taxation and financial planning. β’ Attained or working on relevant professional designations (CLU, CFP, and CH.F.C.). β’ Knowledge of regulatory issues impacting the sale of life insurance. β’ Strong knowledge of marketing concept and product application. β’ Strong knowledge of competitive positioning. β’ Facilitation and presentation skills. β’ Self-motivated and strong self-management skills. β’ Ability to develop, organize and deliver proposals, business cases, and estate analysis. β’ Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
