Description

• Lead and manage Global Cybersecurity Services architecture team. • Conduct thorough risk assessments for vulnerabilities and security threats. • Develop and communicate Security Patterns across the organization. • Collaborate with Security Line 2 on security policies and procedures. • Integrate security measures into development lifecycle of projects. • Stay informed on advancements in cybersecurity technologies. • Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards. • Regularly review and update security architecture. • Manage budgeting for security-related initiatives. • Seek opportunities to expand Security Architecture practice.

Requirements

• A People Manager with Exec level Leadership experience. • Proven experience in managing and establishing Cyber Security Architecture Department. • Security architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery, principles and emerging technologies. • Continuous monitoring and improvements of security solutions with an information security team. • Consulting and engineering in the development and design of security best practices. • Security considerations of cloud computing (data breaches, hacking, APTs, etc.). • Experience in a multi-cloud environment. • Identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
