• Responsible for setting up long term disability (LTD) claims within deadlines. • Supporting Disability Case Managers on various tasks. • Providing customer service by phone and email. • Administrative duties including follow-ups with claimants and doctors for disability paperwork. • Data entry and handling emails within group email inboxes. • Basic reporting and ad hoc administrative assignments.
