Description

• Vendor Governance Manager overseeing vendor performance and compliance. • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors. • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs. • Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks and ensure compliance. • Drive cost efficiency and manage vendor-related issues. • Implement governance best practices and refine processes. • Maintain records of vendor performance and prepare reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business administration, vendor management, or project management. • Exceptional project management and communication skills. • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process improvement. • Fully bilingual (French/English) required.
