Description
• Work on desktop infrastructure engineering and maintenance • Implement and support infrastructure initiatives • Maintain desktop, laptop, and VDI configurations • Assist in corporate hardening standards • Analyze and resolve end-user desktop problems • Execute infrastructure projects and document processes • Provide 3rd level remote support for users
Requirements
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MECM) experience • 5+ years of experience supporting SCCM/MECM • Knowledge of desktop asset management software and patch management • Familiarity with tools such as Bomgar, Tanium, Qualys • Basic knowledge of network issue resolution • Strong verbal and analytical skills • Proactive problem-solving abilities
