📋 Description

• As Head of Sales (Enterprise), you drive revenue growth & team performance. • Close high-value deals yourself while building and leading a scalable, high-performing sales team. • Own & execute the full sales cycle – Lead generation → Demo → Negotiation → Closing. • Optimize outbound & inbound sales strategies for predictable pipeline growth. • Develop & improve sales processes, pricing models & forecasting. • Track & analyze KPIs using Pipedrive (CRM) & sales automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise preferred). • Proven closer – Track record of hitting/exceeding €1M+ ARR in sales. • Sales leadership experience – Scaled & led high-performing teams. • Hunter & strategist – Can sell & build a team simultaneously. • Experience selling to VP & C-level executives in large enterprises. • Fluent in English (German is a strong plus). • Experience in innovation intelligence, market research, or R&D software (a plus).
