Description

• The Senior Reporting Data Analyst is responsible for the development of SQL and Tableau reports including design, coding, testing, documentation, training and rollout • Responsible for supporting various areas of the organization by providing internal/external reports, ad-hoc data queries and proactive analysis • Work in collaboration with business intelligence to deliver on Marathon Health's need for clinical and operational insights across the organization at all levels • Responsible for internal reporting as well as ad-hoc data queries and proactive analysis to help leadership team improve decision-making • Gather, manage, and synthesize large amounts of information effectively and creatively • Analyze external/internal clinical data and provide recommendations to drive improvements • Collaborate with the BI, DAT, and DI teams to pull together most recent data from the data warehouse • Create SQL scripts, Tableau and Excel-based reports to support the enterprise • Ensure reports and presentations are visually appealing and follow current standards • Document process flows and create standard operation procedures for reporting • Provide data and thorough project recommendations to drive client satisfaction • Ability to train incoming ERT and BI members on ecosystem and standard practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Analytics (or related), required
